I enjoy being outside and spending time in Nature. On weekends, you will often find me hiking along the beautiful California trails with my hiking tribe. In my spare time, I love to bake for my family and friends, innovate and try out new healthy recipes.
Being passionate about holistic health and having a keen interest in nutrition and fitness, I received my training from the Institute for Integrative nutrition, wherein I learnt about various aspects of nutrition, dietary theories and coaching practices. Additionally, I completed the Usui Reiki course from Lisa Powers. I am a Certified Reiki Master and Teacher.Currently I am pursuing my yoga teacher training course from KaivalyaDham,India.
I believe that a healthy lifestyle is the foundation to a balanced and happy life. My goal is to continuously learn, keep myself updated on the current trends in the field of health, fitness and share my knowledge and expertise to help, guide and motivate my clients to integrate these healthy choices into daily routines and find the balance they need to live a healthy happy life.
As a part of my health coaching program, my clients are given a personal space, wherein they can introspect and examine their overall well being, set health and fitness goals, after which we work together to achieve those goals.
